About Paladin

A Trusted Name. A Purposeful Mission. A Commitment to Excellence.

Founded in 2013, Paladin Land Group takes its name from the iconic main character in the classic Western television series: Have Gun – Will Travel. Inspired by Paladin’s professionalism, resourcefulness, and unwavering follow-through, we strive to embody those same qualities in our work. Just as the original Paladin approached each challenge with intellect, grit and principle, we bring the same strategic focus and steadfast values to every project we undertake.

Our primary focus is in the traditional energy space with oil & gas, but we have expanded into a multitude of other industries. Paladin has become a major player in the renewable energy space for land services and back-office support with solar and wind energy development, as well as battery storage, carbon capture, transportation and public utilities, brine development for lithium and iodine, and has even ventured into servicing nuclear waste disposal projects with land support.

What Sets Us Apart

We believe project management is key to having a successful outcome and we embed it into everything we do at a foundational level - it's in the framework.

As oil and gas projects grow more complex, effective project management is essential to manage risk, time and cost. Paladin incorporates full-scale project management rooted in work ethic and led by experienced senior staff. Our team is well-versed in handling large-scale projects to ensure efficient, on-time and on-budget execution. Our hands-on approach keeps teams productive and projects aligned with client goals from start to finish.

Paladin’s project management philosophy is built on a stage-gate model designed to maximize project performance and client benefits while providing a clear roadmap throughout the project lifecycle. Our model is fundamental, adaptable and scalable. This ensures the desired quality standards and timely delivery regardless of project complexity, scope, size or duration.
